Schedule

On Tuesday, September 15, the half-day course on “Maximizing Personnel Efficiency” will begin at 9:00 am and end at 12:00 pm. The half-day User Forum on “Product Families, Hierarchy, and Granularity” will begin at 12:30 pm and end at 4:30 pm. All other courses will begin at 9:00 am and end at 4:30 pm, with a one-hour break for lunch at 12:30 pm. Note that “Delivering Business Intelligence” and “Advantage Financial Management” are both two-day courses.

Each course has a required minimum number of participants. If the minimum requirement for a course is not met by the registration deadline, ACS reserves the right to cancel the course. ACS also reserves the right to make minor adjustments to course content or to change the order in which topics are presented.

Please note that, due to space limitations, each course also has a maximum number of registrations available. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received.

Fees

Course fees cover class time and materials, break refreshments, and lunch. The fee for the half-day course is $250. The fee for each one-day course is $450. The fee for each two-day course is $850. An individual registering for three full class days will receive a $150 discount at the time of registration.

Cancellations before the registration deadline will qualify for a full refund. No refunds or credits will be issued after the registration deadline.

The half-day User Form on "Product Granularity" is offered at no charge. However, registration is required for those attending this session.
