Standard Support

Advantage Support Center hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. After hours support is available through emergency support. Please consult your ACS maintenance agreement to determine your standard coverage hours.

Use any of the following to request support during Support Center hours

  • Create a ticket by clicking here.
  • Email us at For tasks requiring immediate attention, include the word "URGENT" in the subject line. For tasks needed by a specific date, include the phrase "NEED BY" followed by the date.
